MotoNeko Shipping Policy
How do we ship? Our website is set up to use FedEx ground and USPS services. If your package is drop-shipped from the distributor, it may be sent via a different carrier. Either way you will always receive a tracking number with your order. How often do we ship? Monday-Saturday. Orders placed on business days before 5pm will ship that day, if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, it will ship usually within 24-72 hours after order is received (not including weekend/holidays). If an item is on backorder from our distributors we will let you know as soon as we find out, no later than 2 days after the order was placed.

Because Sree is the only one who owns an eighteen wheeler that can drive on water all Alaska/Hawaii orders will be shipped USPS (either Priority or Express) All customers with APO addresses will receive their orders through USPS Priority Mail and the actual cost applied to the order. Passage of Title will occur when you receive your order (merchandise).

MotoNeko Return Policy:
A “RETURN” is an item that you no longer want and want either store credit or your money back. All returns and exchanges require a "Return Authorization" (R.A.). You can get a R.A. by calling us at 800.605.1210. You have 15 days after receipt to return an item you have purchased with us. R.A.'s will not be accepted via email/fax/snail mail... you hafta call us.

The item must be returned in a condition that is 100% NEW. All tags must be attached to the item as they were when you got it, all stickers (protective or otherwise) must still be attached, all original packaging must be returned and intact. That means you cannot ship the returned item in its original box!!!!!! No returns on items that have been installed on a bike. No returns on windscreens that have been taken out of packaging. All instructions and other bathroom reading material must be included. Items returned must be in “like-new” condition. Sree smells every return so do not go drinking or cruising around town HE WILL KNOW.

PLEASE NOTE!! IF YOU FAIL TO MEET ANY THESE REQUIREMENTS, WE WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR RETURN!

A restocking fee of 10% will be charged to returned/cancelled orders. No fee will be assessed for returned items where the amount of the return is held as in store credit. MotoNeko will not accept any returns shipped COD and will not refund the shipping charges you pay for a return.

If any of these requirements are not met you will not be able to make a return or that item.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for fit or color we will do the first exchange for free, all you have to do is call us to get an R.A. and ship the item back to us. We will cover the shipping cost of the new item back to you. After the first exchange... if you need to exchange it again... an exchange fee of 10% will be charged. This is to cover the shipping costs and our suppliers charge us anywhere from 10 to 20% on returning these items. If you are looking to exchange something and it results in us owing you money, no fee is charged if you use the difference for in store credit. Any exchanges requesting a credit balance refunded to a credit card or PayPal will be assessed a 10% handling charge. Exchanges must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.

Items lost by U.P.S or comes to you damaged need to be reported to us right away. We will start a claim for you.

Because of the work invloved with special orders, electrical parts, closeout sales and fiber glass, we can't accept returns/exchanges.

The images on our site may not be the exact image of the product you will receive. They are offered as a guideline... and may not reflect the exact model/color of the products we have listed on our site.

Not so fine print: HEY PAY ATTENTION! large items, tires, exhaust, ramps, etc. will not qualify for free shipping nor will orders we ship outside of the continental U.S. Sorry CANADA, this includes you.

When do I own it? The title of the gear transfers to you when you pick it up in our shop or when you receive from the postman, FedEx dude or whomever else drops it off at your door.

Damaged and Lost Goods:
Items that are lost or damaged by shipment or the distributor need to be reported to MotoNeko upon receipt. MotoNeko will start the claim if reported within 5 days of receipt. Motoneko ships everything without a signature required unless otherwise requested by customer.
